You'll receive a clear rejection reason (e.g. image blurry, document expired, name mismatch). Simply re-upload a corrected document from your KYC dashboard. There's no penalty for re-submission.

All uploaded documents are encrypted at rest. Only trained compliance staff can access review queues, every action is logged in an immutable audit trail, and you can request full data export or deletion at any time under our GDPR-compliant controls.

Yes. On the registration page you'll see a "Sign up with Google" option. You'll still be asked to pick your category (Investor / Business / Individual) and complete KYC, but the email-verification step is skipped.
